Deposit
At Otis & Emma Pawsitting, we require a 25% refundable deposit two weeks prior to your scheduled trip. We offer 24 hour care starting at $165
7 Day Change Notification Policy
Clients must notify us of any schedule changes or cancellations at least 7 days prior to the start of scheduled home visit. Changes made with less than 7 days notice will incur a charge of 100% of the original booking total.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled visit may be subject to a full service charge.
